Role: Sales Development Representative/Lead Generation
Team: Sales Team
Responsibilities
Outbound Lead Generation
Targets/KPIs will include:
1. Qualified Opportunities
2. Territory Coverage
3. Engagements
4. Call Volumes and Outreach
Opportunity Qualification and Appointment Setting
Territory Coverage
1. Pipeline Development
2. Outreach across the full territory
3. Building and establishing rapport and relationships with target brands
4. Building on contact database
5. Organisation and contact profiling for information capturing and nurturing
6. Working with the broader sales team within their territories to support engagements and qualified opportunities
Your Experience
1. Proven working experience as a Business Development Representative or Lead Generator
2. Excellent communication and negotiation skills
3. Sophisticated customer service skills
4. Ability to canvas, connect and build rapport
5. Time management and planning skills
