🚨 We're Hiring: Retail Supply Chain Manager (UK FMCG / Beverage)
📍 UK (Remote or London Hybrid)

We're working with a fast-growing consumer brand in the beverage / functional energy space that's scaling rapidly across UK retail and expanding further internationally 🌍
They've already built serious momentum across DTC, Amazon, and retail - and now need someone to take ownership of their end-to-end retail logistics to help power the next stage of growth 🚀
🧩 The Role
This is a hands-on Retail Supply Chain Manager role where you'll own everything from order to delivery.
You'll be the go-to person ensuring:
- Retailers are fully set up correctly 🏪
- Compliance is watertight 📋
- OTIF performance stays strong 📦
- Orders flow smoothly from warehouse to shelf 🛒
You'll manage the full operational chain including:
- B2B orders & fulfilment
- 3PLs & freight forwarders 🚛
- EDI setup & ongoing management 💻
- Inventory & sales coordination for forecasting & stock flow 📊
This is very much a roll your sleeves up and get stuck in role - not just oversight.
🛒 Retail Focus
We're specifically looking for someone already doing this in a beverage or FMCG brand.
You must have hands-on experience with UK grocery retailers such as:
- Tesco 🏬
- Sainsbury's 🛍️
- Morrisons 🛒
- Plus wholesalers & wider retail distribution networks
Strong knowledge of retailer compliance, routing guides, ASN requirements and EDI systems is essential.
⚙️ What You'll Be Doing
📦 Own end-to-end retail logistics performance
📊 Drive OTIF, SLA performance & reduce chargebacks
🏪 Manage retailer onboarding, setup & compliance
🚛 Oversee 3PL & freight forwarder performance
💻 Lead EDI setup (SPS Commerce or similar)
📈 Build reporting & performance dashboards
🤝 Work closely with Sales & Inventory on forecasting & stock flow
🔧 Fix issues fast - shortages, delays, retailer queries
👤 What We're Looking For
- 5+ years in FMCG / beverage logistics
- Currently in a similar role (this is key)
- Strong UK grocery retail experience
- Confident managing 3PLs & freight partners
- Solid EDI / WMS systems experience
- Excel & reporting capability 📊
- Someone who can hit the ground running from day one
