JOB TITLE: Research Manager (Social and Commercial)
SALARY: Up to £45k
LOCATION: London - 3 days a week in the office

They utilise purpose-led approach involves creating bespoke programmes and campaigns for leading brands, government entities and charities.

They are currently looking to recruit for a Research Manager to join their brilliant team:

KEY DUTIES

• Manage client relationships and deliver quantitative research projects, ensuring timelines, quality standards, and objectives are met.
• Support project financial management through accurate budgeting, resource planning, and monitoring project performance.
• Ensure high-quality deliverables, provide clear insights and recommendations, and support the development of junior team members.

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

• Managing quantitative research projects end-to-end, designing surveys, analysing data, and delivering clear, actionable insights.
• Presenting findings and recommendations to clients using Excel, PowerPoint, and quantitative analysis tools effectively.
• Previous experience in co-ordinating multiple projects simultaneously, maintaining high-quality standards while supporting junior team members.
