The Role

As Project Manager your expertise is crucial in managing from quoting to the final deliverables. Ensuring projects run to specification and budget, you'll be a key point of contact for clients as you develop strong account management ability.

Understanding which offerings best serve the client's needs, you'll be growing accounts and identifying new opportunities for revenue. They will rely on your consultation to determine the scope and planning of projects, and how to design the research to produce the best outcomes.

Key Duties Include

  • Consult with clients providing guidance on research/survey/sample design
  • Create and manage project plans / schedules, organise the research team and manage inputs into the operational process
  • Manage operational delivery, including scripting, fieldwork, data processing and checking
  • Prepare project budgets and costings and oversee the financial performance of projects
  • Identify opportunities to up-sell clients on appropriate solutions


The Candidate

  • Full service project management experience within a market research environment, across ad hoc & tracker projects
  • Working knowledge of Excel and/or SPSS
  • You have strong experience working with Decipher, Confirmit, Dimensions or equivalent software
  • You can expertly organise yourself to manage multiple priorities
  • You are confident in managing budgets and finances
  • Able to work effectively both independently & as part of a team towards a common goal
