Programmatic Specialist

A growing global advertising technology agency that specialises in contextual advertising is looking for a Programmatic Specialist to join its London team. This role is ideal for someone with 3+ years of programmatic trading experience who enjoys owning campaigns end-to-end and driving performance across Display, Video, Connected TV (CTV) and Mobile Gaming.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, launch and optimise programmatic campaigns in DV360
• Manage Display, Video, CTV and Mobile Gaming campaigns from setup to reporting
• Monitor performance and make data-driven optimisation decisions
• Analyse campaign results and provide actionable insights
• Collaborate with internal teams across operations, analytics and client services
• Support tracking, attribution and campaign troubleshooting

Requirements

• 3+ years' hands-on programmatic trading experience
• Strong DV360 experience and ability to manage campaigns independently
• Experience with Display, Video and/or CTV campaigns
• CM360 experience beneficial but not essential
• Mobile Gaming or In-App advertising experience advantageous
• Strong analytical, organisational and problem-solving skills
