Programmatic Manager.

Fantastic Programmatic opportunity with a leading global independent media agency, renowned for delivering innovative media solutions across the Automotive, Financial Services and Technology sectors.

I am looking for a confident, proactive Programmatic specialist to join a growing Delivery Team as a Programmatic Manager. This is a senior opportunity for a hands-on programmatic specialist with a passion for strategic client management, team leadership and driving campaign performance across omnichannel platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the delivery and performance of key client accounts.
• Drive excellence across omnichannel programmatic campaigns.
• Mentor and develop junior team members through coaching and support.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to optimise campaign performance and operational processes.
• Manage relationships with platform partners and vendors.
• Identify and champion new technologies, products and innovative solutions.
• Lead Test & Learn initiatives to drive continuous improvement.
• Represent the business in client meetings, presentations and performance reviews.
• Support new business opportunities and contribute to pitches where required.

About You:

• 3+ years' experience delivering end-to-end programmatic campaigns, including planning, activation, optimisation and reporting.
• Strong expertise in The Trade Desk (essential), with experience using DV360 and/or StackAdapt. Experience with Teads Ad Manager is advantageous.
• Strong knowledge of programmatic channels including Display, OLV, Connected TV (CTV), DOOH, Audio and Native.
• Experience with GA4 and CM360 (certifications desirable).
• Previous experience managing people and/or complex stakeholder projects.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to build strong client relationships.
