Marketplace Manager (Amazon & Retail Platforms)

The Role

You'll take full ownership of marketplace performance across the business This is a P&L role, not a supporting one so you'll be responsible for growth, efficiency, and scaling the channel as the business continues to expand internationally.

You'll sit close to the founders and work across brand, supply chain and commercial teams to make marketplaces a serious growth driver.

What you'll be doing

• Owning revenue + performance across all marketplace channels
• Optimising listings end-to-end - copy, imagery, SEO, A+ content
• Driving growth through Amazon PPC, Sponsored Products & DSP
• Monitoring stock, inventory and fulfilment performance
• Analysing data, trends and competitors to spot growth opportunities
• Launching new products and expanding into new platforms
• Working cross-functionally to keep everything running smoothly

What you bring

• 3+ years in marketplace / Amazon management
• Hands-on experience with Seller Central / Vendor Central
• Strong understanding of Amazon ads + performance marketing
• Commercial mindset - you think in revenue, margin, and growth
• Data-driven and comfortable making decisions fast
• Experience in consumer brands (FMCG, wellness, beauty, lifestyle)
