The client is a start-up SaaS recruitment platform focused on large enterprise clients. They have offices in Paris and London and work with a global list of clients from leading organisations worldwide, names include: British Army, EY, Mars, Rolls Royce and McDonald's.

As a business they enable an employee-to- candidate engagement with the help of a pioneering AI based Q+A platform and virtual events. The platform then re-purposes this content for recruitment marketing in turn helping attract, engage, and convert the best talent.

They are now looking to hire a Marketing Manager, to work collaboratively with the wider marketing team to own the design and execution of the marketing strategy. The aim is to generate highly engaged leads which the sales team can convert to demos and subsequently convert into new business.

This is a full time permanent position offering a salary up to £65k, plus hybrid working and 25 day holiday allowance

Responsibilities include:

  • You will manage the lead funnel to make the SDR team successful by designing, implementing, measuring and optimising the lead generation pipeline across all channels (digital and events, paid and owned)
  • Work closely with the sales team to ensure alignment with commercial strategy
  • Manage the lead tracking, scoring and reporting in our CRM
  • Own any updates in CRM configurations and to define internal CRM usage guidelines, as well as training, to ensure data integrity and consistency across teams
  • Own key objectives on lead and pipeline generation
  • Multi task with simultaneous initiatives and channels e.g. nurturing webinars, events, retargeting etc

The Person

  • The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years' experience in a demand/lead generation or performance marketing.
  • B2B experience is a requirement, and B2B SaaS would be ideal.
  • Track record of consistently delivering excellent results in a fast-paced environment
  • A strong communicator as you will need to manage stakeholders and the ability to sell your business cases internally
  • Experience leading multi-channel digital marketing strategies (SEM, email, content marketing, conversion rate optimization)
  • Experienced user of marketing technology, including automotion, lead scoring, intent etc
