We are recruiting an IT Manager (APAC) for our client, a leading advertising company that specialises in cloud-based, end-to-end technology that enables programmatic digital advertising across a global ecosystem of quality digital media.

The company's platform enables partners to leverage buy-side, sell-side, creative, data and AI optimisation technologies.

Through many global media partnerships, they also provide a single access point for advertisers and agencies to purchase the inventory of many of the world's best publishers, to access 1.9 billion unique monthly users.

With offices globally in over 30 countries, the IT Manager (APAC) will be based in Singapore.

The IT team aims to provide the best-in-class support to all employees around the world, providing everyone with the technical means to help their company thrive and grow. From first-level support to major Information Systems management and standardization, their IT team is a central piece, working closely with all departments of the company. The team is a true part of their Engineering group and aims at growing to support the global growth of their company.

What to expect:

  • Working with a team to handle a central piece of the company while facing attractive challenges to be ready for the next growth step.
  • Helping build and grow a key business area (APAC) in full expansion by supporting their local users.
  • Using industry-proven principles to streamline processes, helpdesk and system management.
  • Close collaboration with all departments to facilitate the company's growth and the development of the business.
  • Eventually, scale the region and build a team.

What will you do?

You will report to the global IT Manager and will be charged to:

  • Provide day-to-day technical support to other employees.
  • Document, track and monitor users' problems to ensure swift resolution through common user request management systems (Ticketing, Slack, etc.).
  • Work with the team to create process, documentation and aim for global standardization to help streamline and speed up support.
  • Drive global projects and ensure their timely delivery.
  • Support compliance efforts through proper tracking of assets and operations.
  • Contribute to the operation of IT services with a strong level of stability and availability (Google Workspace, Zoom, O365, Slack, etc.).
  • Work with the team to streamline vendors and tools and maintain good relations with them.
  • Travel to other offices (up to 10% of the time, mainly in APAC), occasionally at short notice.
  • Enforce collaboration and shared practices with the rest of the IT team.
  • Act to extend the level of support provided to the office in your area of responsibility.

Your experience:

  • Proven experience in an equivalent role acquired in a fast-paced and international environment.
  • Experience with user support process (ticketing), client management system (Jamf), Identity Provider Management (Okta), etc.
  • Extended experience in supporting Mac devices.
  • Advanced knowledge of audiovisual support (for Business Events, Offsites, Live Streaming, etc.).
  • Strong experience in corporate networking and security practices
  • You put yourself in your user's shoes and understand her/his need

Good to have:

  • Past experience of working in/with remote teams.
  • Additional language is a plus.
  • Effective communicator and great team player.
  • Able to understand user's needs.
