We're hiring a Growth Marketing Manager for a fast-scaling D2C subscription ecommerce brand in the food sector.

This is a full-funnel growth role spanning:

• Paid Social & Paid Search
• Shopify CRO & conversion optimisation
• Subscription growth & retention
• Performance analytics (CAC, LTV, MER)

🚀 The Role (Growth Marketing Manager - DTC / Ecommerce)

You'll own the end-to-end growth engine across acquisition, conversion and retention.

This is a hands-on performance marketing role with real ownership across:

📈 Paid Social & Paid Media (Meta, TikTok, Google)

• Own and optimise paid social campaigns (Meta & TikTok focus)
• Scale acquisition through structured creative testing
• Improve ROAS, CAC and payback period
• Allocate budget based on cohort performance and LTV

🛒 Shopify CRO & Conversion Rate Optimisation

• Own Shopify site performance and conversion rate
• Improve PDPs, landing pages, checkout and subscription flows
• Run A/B tests to increase conversion and subscription opt-in rate
• Work with design & dev to implement CRO improvements

🔁 Subscription Growth & Retention

• Improve subscription retention and repeat purchase rate
• Optimise lifecycle journeys (email, SMS, on-site)
• Increase AOV through bundles, upsells and behavioural triggers

📊 Performance Marketing & Analytics

• Own core ecommerce metrics: CAC, LTV, MER, churn, payback period
• Build insight from cohort and channel performance
• Use data to shift spend and prioritise growth opportunities

✅ What We're Looking For

We're looking for a DTC / ecommerce growth marketer with:

• Strong experience in paid social (Meta / TikTok)
• Experience in DTC, ecommerce or subscription businesses
• Understanding of Shopify CRO and conversion optimisation
• Ability to analyse and act on CAC, LTV and cohort performance
• Experience improving performance marketing efficiency at scale
• Hands-on, test-and-learn mindset
