Looking for a hands-on, creative Paid Media Specialist to join a leading international creative and art materials brand. This role is ideal for someone who is digitally savvy, passionate about the creative world, and thrives on executing full-funnel paid media campaigns that deliver measurable results.

This is an exciting opportunity to work with a globally recognised creative brand, executing paid media campaigns that inspire audiences and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute global paid media campaigns across North America, the UK and France in partnership with an external agency
• Translate brand, campaign, and eCommerce priorities into actionable paid media briefs
• Support always-on brand activity, product launches, and direct-to-consumer campaigns
• Track campaign performance, KPIs, ROI, and efficiency metrics, providing insights and recommendations for optimisation
• Manage media budgets, pacing, and forecast reporting to ensure efficient spend
• Collaborate closely with Brand, eCommerce, Social, CRM, Email Marketing, and other cross-functional teams

Skills & Experience:

• Proven experience in digital marketing, paid media or communications planning
• Experience delivering multi-channel campaigns across paid media, social, web, and email
• Strong analytical skills with experience using performance data to inform optimisation
• Experience managing agencies and cross-functional stakeholders
• Highly organised, detail-oriented, and proactive
• French language skills and a personal interest in art or creativity are a plus
• Experience in global or multi-market campaigns is desirable
