A digital forward and technology driven agency is looking for an experienced Digital Producer / Project Manager. As a digital Project Manager, you will be the backbone to the work done in the agency, where you will have good rapport with different teams to manage projects till completion successfully; and be the main point of contact for both clients and agency.

Your responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the project to ensure tasks and timelines are met, including budgets and schedules and resources
• Work closely with department leads to ensure all deliverables are met at the highest quality
• Be proactive and creative to deliver tasks and new approaches to deliver the campaigns
• Lead client meetings and be the point of contact for clients and agency
• Be the point of contact for all matters specific to assigned clients

You have:

• 3+ years of experience as a digital producer / project manager
• Good organizational skills with successful track record of managing projects till completion
• Experienced in developing detailed scopes including project approaches, timelines, budget, and Statements of Work document
• Experience in running campaigns, content production and digital communication preferred
• Has experience in managing project teams
• Has excellent negotiations skills
• Is a proactive and creative problem solver
• Is comfortable presenting in front of internal and external teams & clients
• Is comfortable interacting with mid to senior level clients
• Familiar with project management tools such as SmartSheet, Asana, Trello
