Delegate Support Executive.

Grab this opportunity to work with a high performing marketing team that handles event marketing for summits and events to attract delegates and exhibitors. Our client is a global exhibitions and events business with expansive portfolios and a strong focus on the growing technology industry.

They are on the lookout for their next Delegate Support Sales Executive build relationships with VIPs and provide a seamless experience during summits and events. The Delegate Support Sales Executive will be the main touchpoint for any delegate inquiries and support.

The Role:

• Ensure that delegates have an exceptional experience at all events
• Act as the point of contact for delegate questions, ready to provide details on the event
• Provide support during events, including delegate registration
• Support the sales team to meet delegate acquisition targets

Your Experience:

• At least 1 year of experience in a customer service oriented role, preferably in the hospitality or events industry
• Experience servicing C-suite executives and key stakeholders

Your Profile:

• Excellent written and spoken communication skills
• Able to problem solve and think on the spot
• Passionate about customer service
