An attractive Sr. Customer Success Manager job with managerial opportunity in a prestigious advertising organisation based in Singapore has just become available!

What they're looking for is for someone to work within cross-functional teams, managing internal stakeholders while ensuring the growth of the business. Your main responsibility would be to ensure clients meet their objectives. This would be done by building a relationship with them to ensure overall customer satisfaction and the retention of their partnership.


*Taking the lead on the implementation of data products
*Having initiative on client implementation and liaising with key stakeholders to better understand client's strategy, goals and objectives
*Working with solutions engineering team to ensure punctuality
*Being proactive in expanding the business and providing solutions, overcoming potential problems.
*Managing cross functional teams ensuring campaign success and high customer satisfaction

About you:

*Bachelor's degree
*4+ years' experience in managing client relationships
*Experience working with programmatic/RTB, ad servers, rich media vendors and web debugging
*Having a broad understanding of the online advertising industry and underlying technology
*Experience with programmatic/RTB, ad servers, rich media vendors and web debugging.
*Having experience with at least one travel provider or distributer is a bonus
*Possess strong organisational, relational and communication skills
*Expert with Microsoft Office Suite, especially in Excel & PPT
*Ablility to thrive in a fast-paced environment
*Ability to work with a team and independently
*Experience with CRM software, SFDC, JIRA preferred
