Customer Success Manager

A global leader in the digital and technology space is looking for an experienced and motivated Customer Success Manager. Headquartered in New York, and growing fast in the APAC region, they are working with thousands of top advertisers and premium publishers worldwide to accelerate business growth.

As a Customer Success Manager, you will work closely with Sales and Technical Client Services to onboard, retain, grow, and engage at a high level with priority key client accounts.

Your responsibilities:

  • Oversee the lifecycle and all aspects of delivering a great customer service including on-boarding, value realisation, and renewals
  • Be knowledgeable of company's products and services to ensure timely and successful delivery of their solutions
  • Be the point of contact for all matters specific to assigned clients
  • Lead client meetings, including presenting product training
  • Develop strong relationships with key client stakeholders

You have:

  • 4+ years in a client-facing customer success/account management role in the Ad Tech space
  • Enthusiastic approach to working with clients and delivering excellent customer service
  • Strong business mindset and ability to create strategic plans
  • Experienced in managing, consulting, and negotiating with clients with proven track record of retaining and growing a portfolio
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Good organisational skills with good track record of managing projects to completion
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced and entrepreneurial environment
  • Salesforce proficiency is a bonus
