Having recently completed a round of funding from top-tier investors, the goal is to expand in the APAC Region and their first hire will naturally sit here in Singapore.

Your role:

We are looking for a savvy Customer Success Manager, who is an all rounder. Imagine empowering over 10 million students in making the right choice concerning Higher Education.

  • Manage a growing portfolio of customers in APAC spanning across universities, colleges and other Higher Education partners
  • Oversee on-boarding pipeline ensuring portfolio of customers are on track to go live by offering advice, guidance, and support.
  • Provide insights to partners to ensure they get the most out of the platform, ensuring partners are meeting their ROI targets/objectives with the aim of helping grow customer base.
  • Cross-departmental collaboration with Product & Engineering teams to troubleshoot customer issues and help influence roadmap
  • Help collect and analyse customer success metrics and data, including the all-important NPS.

Your experience:

  • A minimum of 4 years experience in Customer Success, Project Management or Account Management where you have managed and grown a portfolio of accounts.
  • Good understanding of how technology brings success to higher education institutes
  • Enjoy rising to the challenge and familiar with playing a key role in helping a start-up thrive
  • Self-motivated, hard-working, coachable, and driven with a strong entrepreneurial spirit
