Ecommerce Scale-Up
Most CRM roles want either strategy or execution. This one genuinely needs both.
CRM is underutilised here - but the foundations are already strong. Now it's time to turn it into a true growth engine.
This profitable, scaling ecommerce brand operates within a highly visual, product-led category, with a strong brand identity and a growing international customer base. They've built serious momentum through acquisition - now the focus is on unlocking retention as a core revenue driver.
CRM is already in place. Campaigns are running, flows exist, and the channel is contributing.
But now they want more.
They're hiring a CRM & Lifecycle Manager who can get hands-on in Klaviyo, while also stepping back to shape lifecycle strategy, segmentation, and long-term revenue growth.
This isn't a role where you just press send.
And it's not one where you sit in strategy decks either.
It's the sweet spot - ownership, execution, and real commercial impact.
What you'll own:
- End-to-end CRM across email & SMS (campaigns + flows) aligned to key trading moments
- Evolving lifecycle strategy to drive repeat purchase and LTV
- Segmentation and targeting - moving beyond batch-and-blast
- A/B testing across campaigns and automated journeys
- Revenue reporting, insights, and continuous optimisation
- CRM hygiene, list growth, and on-site data capture
What they're looking for:
✔ Hands-on CRM experience (Klaviyo ideally) + strategic capability
✔ Strong commercial mindset - focused on revenue, not just engagement
✔ Ecommerce experience in a fast-paced, trading-led environment
✔ Comfortable owning the CRM calendar and working to deadlines
✔ Collaborative with growth, paid, and merchandising teams
Salary: Up to £65,000
Location: London (3 days per week in the office)
