I've partnered with a fast-growing wellness brand operating across the UK and US to hire their CRM Manager.

This isn't a "support" role.

This is full ownership of CRM as a revenue channel - directly impacting LTV, repeat purchase rate, and subscriber retention across a high-growth DTC business.

They're scaling across:

• Shopify (UK & US)
• A growing subscription programme
• Retail partnerships including Selfridges, Liberty London, Walmart, and Walgreens

Now they need someone to turn CRM into a core growth driver.

What you'll actually be doing:

• Own and evolve the CRM strategy across email & SMS (welcome, onboarding, repurchase, winback, loyalty)
• Build and optimise end-to-end lifecycle journeys that increase repeat purchase and reduce churn
• Own segmentation and customer database strategy across UK & US
• Plan, build, and optimise automated flows and campaigns in Klaviyo & SMS
• Take full ownership of subscriber retention KPIs (churn, cancellations, engagement)
• Build weekly and monthly CRM performance dashboards
• Run continuous A/B testing programmes across messaging, timing, and targeting
• Use cohort analysis to inform acquisition strategy and paid media performance

What they're looking for:

• Proven experience in CRM / lifecycle marketing in a DTC or eCommerce business
• Strong hands-on experience with Klaviyo (flows, segmentation, analytics)
• A track record of improving LTV, repeat purchase rate, and subscriber retention
• Strong analytical capability (GA4, Looker or similar tools)
• Commercial mindset - you think in revenue, margin, and customer value
• Excellent copywriting instincts and an eye for on-brand messaging
• Experience running testing and optimisation programmes at pace
