Salary: Circa £95,000

The Opportunity
A high-growth creative studio, part of a wider group, is looking for a senior Creative Director (pushing ECD level) to lead and shape the creative output across the business. This is a key leadership role with real influence over the studio's direction, quality of work, and future growth.

The Role
* Lead creative across the studio, setting the standard for output and craft
* Spearhead group-wide campaigns, collaborating with other studios and stakeholders
* Work across brand, design, 360 campaigns, and communications (including packaging)
* Remain hands-on in the work while providing clear creative direction
* Help shape the studio's creative vision and contribute to wider group strategy
* Play a key role in growth, including pitching and developing existing accounts
