Do you have strong experience working on community and social media projects? Are you passionate about managing others and helping them to grow? Do you want to work for a well-known, global travel company?

This leading global travel platform is looking for a Community Lead to grow and manage their community across the APAC markets, with the aim of growing brand awareness. You will be leading and managing a team of Community Managers and Social Media marketers across APAC, whilst working closely with the Global Community and Social Media team.

What you'll be doing:

  • Leading the Community strategy across 13 markets in APAC, whilst ensuring that it aligns with the Global team's long-term objectives and strategy
  • Managing a team of in-house Community Managers and Social Media Managers, whilst working closely with agency partners
  • Overseeing the delivery of content, social, influencer and events projects
  • Owning the testing and reporting on community campaigns to ensure optimum performance
  • Assisting with broader content marketing strategy and working closely with designers and copywriters, to ensure that only the best content is produced and promoted

What you need:

  • At least 5 years' experience working in social media and community management
  • Strong understanding of Community development and management
  • Experience using tools to track and measure community campaigns
  • Experience managing and leading a team
  • Ideally held a regional/global role with a good understanding of the APAC markets
  • Can ideally speak another language from: Cantonese, Mandarin or Korean
