Are you a commercially driven sales professional who thrives on high-value deals, fast-paced environments, and global client relationships?
We're looking for a Commercial Sales Manager to take ownership of a portfolio of high-value exhibitor accounts across a leading international events platform in the energy sector.
You'll be responsible for driving revenue, growing accounts, and securing new business across major exhibitions and partnership opportunities.
💼 Managing key exhibitor accounts (5-6 figure contracts)
📈 Growing revenue across repeat and new business
🤝 Building strong relationships with senior stakeholders (global clients, agencies, government bodies)
📊 Creating tailored exhibition & partnership proposals
📞 Driving outbound sales activity (cold calling + lead generation)
🎯 Hitting and exceeding revenue targets
🌍 Working across international markets in the global energy sector
🎪 Supporting onsite events and client delivery
✔️ 3+ years B2B exhibition / conference / sponsorship sales experience
✔️ Strong track record in new business and account growth
✔️ Confident managing high-value sales pipelines
✔️ Comfortable with CRM systems and structured reporting
✔️ Strong communicator with excellent negotiation skills
✔️ Proven ability to engage senior decision-makers
✔️ Results-focused and commercially sharp
✔️ Comfortable with high outbound activity
✔️ Strong relationship builder
✔️ Proactive, reliable, and self-motivated
✔️ Able to work at pace and manage multiple priorities
