A leading financial services research company is looking for a Client Success Manager to join their Singapore team.

You would be working for a company that delivers research to some of the largest financial institutions in the world. They are launching new product streams as well as a brand-new marketing function and as such they are looking to scale the business as part of this growth plan.

As a Client Success Manager, you would be playing a critical role in influencing the overall customer experience, retaining customers and expanding usage of the company's product suite and services.

Responsibilities:
* Foster Deep relationships with existing clients via existing product delivery relationships, by understanding the business needs and delivering the right solutions to meet their challenges.
* Act as a trusted advisor to build strong customer relationships with clients and other key stakeholders through consistent account review and outreach.
* Understand business priorities from clients and ensure swift delivery of expected outcomes.
* Identify customer challenges and proactively suggest better solutions and strategies.
* Ensure product and new feature adoption through customer communication and training.
* Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction throughout the accounts you manage
* Meet or exceed customer retention goals.
* Grow the existing business by identifying cross-sell and up sell opportunities when there is alignment with the company's products and services that help customers achieve their desired outcomes.
Experience:
* A Bachelor degree or equivalent
* Banking or financial services background
* Experience working in a research function within the financial or professional services industry
* Proficient at relationship building and ability to engage senior level executives
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
* You will be an excellent communicator with good written & presentation skills
