The Role:

Business Director (Tech Division): Take the reins of a dormant tech desk and forge it into an absolute powerhouse. This is a rare opportunity for a visionary billing leader to rebuild a division from the ground up, fully backed by the resources, reputation, and immense cross-selling power of our established 30-year legacy. You'll lead from the front, spearheading top-tier software development and engineering hires to dominate the market. Once established, you'll have the freedom to step into a strategic billing leadership role, scaling a dedicated tech recruitment squad.

What We're Looking For:

• Minimum 10+ years of experience in recruitment with evidence of billings (min. £300k per year)
• Strong understanding of best practices and industry knowledge
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proven track record of building, scaling and managing a recruitment division
• Demonstrable commercial acumen via managing budgets and P&L
• Proficiency in recruitment software
• Exceptional relationship-building and problem-solving abilities
