KEY DUTIES

• Leading projects from start to finish, managing methodology, budgets, deadlines, analysis, debriefs, and client presentations.
• Building and maintaining strong client relationships, pitches successfully, ensures account growth, and drives business profitability.
• Inspiring, mentors, and develops teams, fostering creativity, productivity, skill growth, constructive feedback, and positive work culture.

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

• Experience managing junior researchers, ensuring high-quality project delivery and continuous improvement.
• Strong ability to independently analyse findings and translate them into clear, commercial insights.
• Proven track record in writing proposals, designing methodologies, and managing project costs effectively.
