Are you a Senior Account Manager with FX or brokerage experience who wishes to relocate abroad?

A leading global trading brokerage is seeking a Vietnamese Speaking Account Manager to join their growing Kuala Lumper office.

The company were founded in 2008 and have grown to over 400 employees worldwide and 8 global offices.

The role would see you improve the performance and partner experience across the entire partner lifetime journey from acquisition, onboarding, and retention to nurturing. You would be covering the Vietnamese market which is growing fast for them.

Responsibilities:

• You will be responsible for developing and maintaining solid partnerships with clients in the Vietnam market.
• You will be the single point of contact for all business with these partners and will work to onboard them smoothly to our partner management system.
• Handle any complaints in accordance with internal policies, ensuring that partners receive professional and timely responses.
• Your main focus will be on improving the partner business by increasing trading volume, net fee revenue, and active customer numbers.
• You will also be responsible for planning and executing agreed strategies to grow the market.

Experience:

• 3 years experience as an account manager
• FX, trading or broking sector experience
• Vietnamese speaking
• Ability to relocate to Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.
