This company is a giant in the events industry while running a print and online platform to provide other businesses with data and community information. With their headquarters in Hong Kong, they are now searching for a tenacious business developer to manage and expand their publishing portfolio in Australia.

The Role

• Utilise the company's extensive CRM and your own research to source sales leads and partners
• Attend international industry events to make connections and source new leads
• Manage consumers throughout publication subscription cycle
• Develop campaigns to target different audiences, working alongside marketing
• Report to Sales Director in Hong Kong with weekly/monthly sales

Your Experience

• At least 2 years of experience in relevant media sales or exhibition sales
• Good track record of meeting sales targets, B2B preferred
• Experienced in face-to-face and telephone selling
• Ability to write convincing sales proposals
• Excellent command of English, written and spoken

• An outgoing salesperson who performs well under pressure
• Team player with great communication skills
• Personable, enthusiastic, and entrepreneurial
