Our client is looking for their next Account Director in Singapore to work across agency departments to protect creative solutions and integrity across Asia. The Account Director will oversee the relationships and satisfaction levels of key accounts, while managing client expectations.

The Role:

• Assess clients long-term needs by understanding their business, providing executive-level advice
• Work with the team to develop mutually beneficial solutions to meet clients growth objectives
• Cultivate effective client relationships and ensure excellent quality of work
• Actively seek new business with new and existing clients, converting warm leads into established accounts
• Oversee pitch budgets, timelines, and evaluation
• Lead contract negotiations, and revenue growth
• Train and develop the team

Your Profile:

• At least 8 years of experience in an experience agency role preferred, other agency environments considered.
• Able to take on the role of an "ambassador" for the agency
• A leader and relationship builder, a role model that produces results
• The ability to implement strategic long-term plans for the agency and clients
