Hiring an Account Director for a global media agency! They are fortunate to work with global clients across technology, SaaS, ecommerce, banking, and more!

A charismatic client leader who has great communication and stakeholder management with digital media background will be highly desirable!

You should have

1. Leadership - Excellence in client and team leadership capabilities, developing vision for client accounts and overall media team
2. Media Planning - Ability to lead their team to deliver excellence in media campaigns - strategy, planning, buying and campaign management
3. Commercial Sense - Good grasp of financial dynamics of each client arrangement and maximise opportunities to increase agency revenue.

Specific Responsibilities

• Foster strong client relationship, understand, and deliver client's media objectives
• Delivery of media excellence, budgeting, and account planning
• Deliver targeted P&L across portfolio
• Train and Manage team - Account Managers, Media Planners and Account Executives
• Proactively present new ideas that enhance and develop client's media campaigns
• Drive opportunities for additional revenue, and assist on new business projects as required
• Ensure the correct resource level is deployed on the account, mindful of agency profitability
• Adherence to QA processes
