We are currently looking for a Sales Operations Lead to maintain efficiency and controls across 2 business units. The Sales Operations Lead will be playing a key role in ensuring the application of standardised processes as well as reporting metrics and insights to the Sales Director and the rest of the team.

PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES

  • Creation, control and monitoring of Salesforce through reports and dashboards for Sales Director, HoS and BDM level
  • Coordinate with Customer Service team to upload all products for the next FY
  • Ensuring of data integrity and accuracy across all events & Business units
  • Coordinate with Finance to enable the creation of weekly sales reports
  • Support to internal Stakeholders and CRM users
  • Collaboration with Business Analysts/Product Managers on implementation/improvement of processes
  • Creation and monitoring of metrics to report back activity

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

You will need to demonstrate ability to translate business needs to effective actions and understanding of processes. Pro-activity and creativity are key to this role, because the Business is constantly changing and improving, we need to ensure the Sales Operations Lead is leading on those fronts.
